Who I Work With
I work with adults (18+) and offer therapy through secure telehealth. Sessions are available to clients located in New York.
Availability & Session Structure
My practice hours are Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sessions are scheduled hourly, with the last appointment beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Therapy sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, schedule permitting, and last approximately 55 minutes.
Forms & Getting Started
Before scheduling your first appointment, all intake documents must be completed.
Once you reach out:
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation that your contact form has been received.
I typically respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps via email.
You’ll be invited to the client portal, where you’ll complete intake paperwork, consent forms, and add a payment method.
If you plan to use insurance, benefits will be verified prior to scheduling.

I am in-network with the following insurance plans:
Aetna (excluding 1199)
United Healthcare
UMR
Oxford
Insurance verification and billing are managed through HelloAlma.
Clients may also choose to pay privately.
Private Pay Rates
Individual therapy: $160 per session
EMDR Intensives or ketamine dosing sessions (2.5–3 hours): $450
Clinical supervision: $150 per 60 minutes
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.
All clients are required to enroll in Autopay and keep a valid payment method on file.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
A fee of $85 applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments. Insurance does not cover this fee.
Telehealth Requirements
Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. For privacy and safety reasons, sessions should be attended from a quiet, private location. Clients should not be driving during sessions and must be stationary for the duration of the appointment.
