I review all inquiries personally. The information you share helps me understand what you’re seeking support for and whether my practice is a good fit for your needs. Questions about fit, approach, and availability are addressed within the context of an initial session.
All therapy sessions are offered virtually for adults located in New York.

What to expect after you reach out
After you submit the form, you’ll receive next steps regarding intake paperwork, availability, and scheduling. If we move forward, an initial session can then be arranged.
