Online Therapy For Adults Who Feel Stuck, Overwhelmed, Or Unsure How To Move Forward

Most people seek to engage in therapy after spending time trying to understand themselves but still struggle with the weight of their emotions and the world. They may look well on the outside, yet still feel deeply affected by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or patterns that don’t seem to shift.

My work is for those moments when understanding alone isn’t enough and when you’re looking for therapy that goes deeper, without rushing or forcing change. I offer a collaborative space where we pay attention to both emotional experience and the nervous system, and where progress is shaped by readiness, not pressure.

Anxiety & Stress

Therapy for anxiety that shows up as overthinking, tension, self-criticism, or beliefs of being overly responsible, especially when stress feels woven into daily life rather than tied to one clear cause.

Meet Raven

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, particularly when patterns feel persistent or hard to shift. My work is grounded in trauma-focused training, clinical experience, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s story.

What it’s like to work together

I work from an integrative, trauma-informed framework using IFS, CBT, EMDR, and related approaches as needed. Therapy begins with careful assessment and continues at a pace that respects your nervous system, lived experience, and current capacity.

I work exclusively with adults in New York State and offer virtual sessions only. My practice is intentionally structured to be accessible with an emphasis on emotional safety.
