But learning strategies to deal with these issues will help you to stand out as a leader and also build your team. Conflicts in the workplace can create opportunities but it’s important to think about how you approach conflict and how to resolve it constructively.
In today's episode, I go in-depth about how leaders can use conflicts to improve their own leadership skills and also help their teams to build and grow. I thought this was important to talk about because leaders need to know how to handle conflicts so it doesn't negatively affect them, their team or the organization.
